Shopping FAQs

Ordering and safety questions, answered for people who want to know how a supplement fits alongside existing medication or care.

I take prescription medication. Can I use these?

Speak with your healthcare provider or pharmacist first. Some minerals and botanicals interact with prescribed medicines, and that is a judgement for someone who knows your full medication list.

I have a diagnosed condition. Is this suitable?

That is a conversation for your healthcare provider. These are dietary supplements intended to support normal function, not substitutes for medical care.

Should I stop before surgery?

Many providers ask patients to stop dietary supplements one to two weeks before a scheduled procedure. Ask your surgical team directly.

Is there anyone who should not take magnesium?

People with reduced kidney function should speak with their provider before using magnesium supplements, because the kidneys clear excess magnesium.

Can I take these long term?

Our products are formulated for daily ongoing use at the stated serving. If you plan to use any supplement indefinitely, it is reasonable to review that with your provider periodically.

What should I do if I experience a reaction?

Stop using the product and contact your healthcare provider. You can report an adverse event to the FDA through their MedWatch safety reporting programme.

Do these replace a medication I currently take?

No. A dietary supplement is not a substitute for prescribed medication, and you should not change or stop a prescription without speaking to the prescriber.

Are there age restrictions?

Each product page states the intended age range. Keep all supplements out of reach of children.

Can I take them alongside blood tests?

Some nutrients can affect certain lab results. Tell your provider which supplements you take before blood work.

Where can I find the full ingredient list?

On each product page, in the Supplement Facts panel. If anything is unclear, email bonnie4561104@gmail.com.
